I work across NHS and private practice, offering personalised online support for individuals experiencing difficulties with food, eating, and body image.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and delivered with empathy — recognising that recovery is rarely just about food, but also shaped by stress, routine, gut health, and wider wellbeing.

My mission is to provide thoughtful, individualised care that respects both the complexity of recovery and the unique circumstances of each person we support.
