Hi and welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.
I’ve created this blog as an extension of the work I do at Nutri-Threps: to offer thoughtful, evidence-based insights on food, nutrition, and well-being, free from the noise of diet culture. Whether you’re navigating recovery, supporting a loved one, or simply curious to explore a more compassionate way of thinking about food, I hope you’ll find something helpful here.
Over time, I’ll be sharing reflections on topics like eating disorders, intuitive eating, gut health, the emotional side of nutrition, and practical advice grounded in clinical evidence. I may also explore some of the ideas that have shaped my own approach, including the Greek concept of ευ ζην — living well.
This space is not about perfection, rules, or rigid thinking. It’s about nourishment in the fullest sense of the word — physical, emotional, and relational. And it’s about making room for nuance in a world that often pushes extremes when it comes to food and body.
Thanks for being here. I’m looking forward to the conversations ahead.
Warmly,
Anastasia
