How does booking a session work?

2. Submit the contact form, and we will get in touch with you.
3. We will send you more information and a short form to gather details about your consultation needs.
4. Once completed, we will proceed with scheduling your session.

What can I expect during the initial consultation?

During the initial consultation, we will explore your relationship with food, eating patterns, lifestyle, and any concerns you may be experiencing.

We will discuss your goals, medical and dietary history, and the wider factors that may be affecting your wellbeing. The session is collaborative and tailored to you, creating a supportive space to begin understanding what kind of care may feel most helpful.

There is no pressure or judgement — simply an opportunity to start the conversation.

Can I book a follow-up session without having the Initial Dietetic Assessment?
No, follow-up sessions (both standard and express) are only available to clients who have completed the Initial Dietetic Assessment. This ensures that your treatment is fully personalized and based on a complete assessment.
Do you offer packages?

Yes! We offer discounted packages for clients who need ongoing support over multiple sessions. These packages provide structured guidance and help achieve sustainable progress.

Where do sessions take place?
All sessions are conducted online via video consultation in a secure and private setting.

Initial Consultation with Personalized Guide (1 Hour) – £140
Follow-Up Session (1 Hour) – £90 (Only available after Initial Assessment)
Express Follow-Up Session (30 Minutes) – £45 (Only available after Initial Assessment)

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
More than 48 hours’ notice – No charge. Less than 48 hours’ notice – 50% of the session fee applies. Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show – Full session fee applies.
